Who we’re looking for
Women who have previously sold out a trip or event (any size welcome) and know how to engage and delight a group.
Responsible, seasoned travelers aged 21+ who are passionate about exploring the world and sharing that enthusiasm with others.
Warm, friendly, and organized individuals who enjoy connecting with people and creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
Hosts who are comfortable promoting the trip with their community online and inspiring others to join.
Women who are adaptable, reliable, and confident, able to guide a group while ensuring every guest feels included and supported.
What you’ll recieve
As a Kindred Voyages host, you’ll enjoy the freedom to lead, connect, and explore — while we take care of the rest. Every collaboration is designed to honor your time, creativity, and effort.
A fully paid trip: Your flights, accommodations, and hosted activities are covered in full, so you can focus entirely on the experience and your guests.
A daily stipend: You’ll receive a daily allowance to cover your meals and local transportation during the trip. The amount varies by destination to ensure you’re comfortable wherever you go.
A share of the profits: Once the trip concludes, you’ll receive a portion of the profits as a thank-you for your work promoting, hosting, and bringing the group together.

What we handle
Trip planning, booking, and logistics: We handle all the details — from accommodations and activities to transportation and schedules — ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish for your custom made trip.
Payment processing and guest management: We securely collect payments, track reservations, and handle all communication with guests, keeping everything organized and transparent.
Vendor coordination and itinerary creation: We work with trusted local partners and craft thoughtful itineraries that fit your preferences, budget, and hosting style.
Ongoing support before and during the trip: You’ll have a dedicated team to assist with preparation, answer questions, and provide real-time support while you’re on the ground.
